We offer many products free of shipping costs. You can recognize this by the note “free delivery” when ordering. These products are shipped by us via DHL. Free shipping only applies to Germany, France, Spain and the UK.
When will my order be shipped?
All items that you can find in our online shop are in stock and can be delivered immediately. On working days (Monday to Friday) we ship all orders for which we receive payment before 3:00 p.m. on the same day. On Saturdays we ship all orders with receipt of payment by 11:00 a.m. via DHL. On the detail page of each item you can see if the item will be shipped same day or next day if you pay by bank transfer. There is no shipping or delivery by DHL Express on Saturdays. There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays. There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
How is the order shipped?
Fast and reliable shipping is a matter of course for us. We ship climate-neutrally to Germany, France and Great Britain via DHL Go Green. In the checkout process you can choose which shipping service provider you want your order to be shipped with. Shipping to packing stations is also possible via DHL.
How long does delivery take?
Next day delivery (Monday to Friday). In 95% of cases even up to 12 hours. Please note: Delivery is Monday to Friday only. There is no express delivery on Saturdays.
Delivery times in Germany:
99% of all shipments with DHL Express delivered the following day (Monday-Friday).
Shipping times for shipments to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Great Britain, France, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden:
International standard shipping with DHL can take up to 7 working days.
Can I also pick up my order on site?
Unfortunately, this is not possible because we do not have a corresponding reception area in which we could hand over the packages.

We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain.
Please note that when shipping abroad, the return shipping is no longer free.
My package has external damage, what can I do?
If our package arrives to you damaged, please contact our customer service in connection so that we can clarify the problem together with DHL.
What can I do if my package does not contain the ordered goods?
In the event of a total or partial wrong delivery, please contact our customer service so that we can solve the problem together.
30-day return guarantee for consumers - satisfied with certainty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, which is why we offer consumers a 30-day return guarantee. If you do not like something about your item, you can return items purchased from us in the web shop within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
This voluntary return guarantee for consumers does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.

How long can I return my device?
Our return guarantee: If you do not like an item, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days. This voluntary return guarantee for consumers does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.
How can I return my device?
Please go to the returns center. There you will receive a free return label. Your return will be processed by us on the day of delivery and you will receive immediate feedback.
Note the following special cases:
- A package with our DHL return stamp is only insured up to a maximum of €500. If the value of the device is more than €500, we therefore recommend that you purchase a parcel stamp yourself from DHL with additional transport insurance of up to €2,500.
- You return several devices with a total value of more than €500. Split your return if you are returning more than one device and the total value is over €500. You can use the link that you receive when registering your return to print out several return labels.
Where can I drop off my return package?
Once you have stuck the return label on your parcel, all you have to do is take it to a DHL parcel shop. You can easily find the nearest DHL parcel shop using the "DHL branch finder"..
Why is my return taking longer than expected to be processed?
123-Sold strives to inspect all incoming shipments and returns as quickly as possible. On some days there can be a particularly high volume of shipments, which delays the processing of your shipment by one day. If you have not received any feedback from us for a long time, please contact our customer service, who will be happy to solve the problem together with you.
What guarantee do I have on the products?
Whether a device from our catalog still has a manufacturer's guarantee depends on the manufacturer's conditions and the age of the device.
This does not affect our statutory warranty. This applies to new devices for a period of 24 months after purchase. For used devices (conditions "Like new", "Very good", "Used" and "Heavily used"), the warranty is either 12 or 24 months. Please take this from the individual item view.
Does 123-Sold offer me technical support via email or phone for my device?
Yes, we offer technical support for your device. Our customer service will be happy to help you by phone or e-mail.

In order to be able to offer you this advantage over the long term, we ask that you simply try out the goods as you would in a shop and send the goods back to us complete, in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition.
